Produced by small cooperatives in Chimbu, this coffee grows at about 1,350 meters in volcanic loam. Bourbon and Typica cherries are washed and sun-dried, creating a clean foundation for the origin’s rounded sweetness.

The medium roast features caramel, honey, and fruit in a smooth, balanced cup.
