Ethiopia Natural

Grown by smallholders in Sidama at 1,700–1,900 meters, this coffee is composed of indigenous Ethiopian heirloom varieties. Whole cherries are hand-sorted and dried naturally on raised beds over Nitisol soils, allowing fruit character to develop as the coffee dries.

The medium-light roast brings together milk chocolate, fruit, and caramel in an aromatic, sweet cup.
