This Brazil Santos selection comes from Fazenda Santa Barbara, Sao Francisco, and Santo Antonio in Paraná and São Paulo. Catuai and Mundo Novo trees grow at 750–1,050 meters in volcanic loam, and the coffee is pulped natural processed and sun-dried.

The medium roast is smooth and balanced, with a cocoa-forward profile and gentle sweetness.
