Bali Blue

Produced by smallholder farmers in Bali’s Kintamani highlands, this coffee grows at 1,200–1,600 meters in mineral-rich volcanic loam. Ripe cherries are hand-picked, wet-hulled, and dried on raised beds—a process that helps build its signature depth and low-toned sweetness.

The medium-dark roast presents dark chocolate, molasses, and brown sugar notes in a rich, smooth cup.

Brewing guidance

Excellent in French press, moka pot, or drip. A slightly coarser grind emphasizes body and chocolate; a finer grind brings forward molasses-like sweetness.
