Uganda

This coffee comes from Sipi in Uganda’s Kapchorwa District, where Bourbon, SL14, SL28, and Blue Mountain varieties grow at 1,500–2,500 meters. The coffee is fully washed and sun-dried, supporting a clean expression of the high-elevation lots.

Expect mild acidity and a light body with floral notes, chocolate, and dark-fruit character.
