Grown by smallholders in Chiapas and Oaxaca, this coffee brings together Typica, Criollo, Bourbon, Mundo Novo, and Caturra varieties cultivated at 900–1,000 meters in clay soils. The coffee is washed and sun-dried for a clean, balanced profile.

The medium roast offers chocolate and cinnamon with a fresh green-apple accent.
